All Prices are quoted in pound sterling; postage charges will be included within the quote unless otherwise stated.

A small non refundable deposit will be required when placing an order. No work will start until the deposit has been received.

Method of payment

Sew Biz! accept payments through secure site PayPal, Cheque payments will be accepted however items will not be despatched until funds have cleared.

Returns Policy

Costume work, group orders any made to measure garments are made on a non refundable basis only. Please make sure all measurements and requirements are correct before submitting any order. Sew Biz! is not responsible for incorrect measurements taken by the buyer.

Faulty goods will only be accepted if returned within two weeks, with proof of purchase. Items will be replaced or repaired as appropriate (wilful or negligent damage excluded). Should a refund be applicable funds will be issued within 30 days.

Should you require to return any KWIK SEW Pattern, a full refund will only be offered should the envelope remain sealed and the pattern unused. Should the pattern have a manufactures fault or damaged in anyway (wilful or negligent damage excluded) a full refund will be offered. To obtain a refund proof of purchase must be produced. Sew Biz is not responsible for any postal charges incurred. Funds will be issued within 30 days

Privacy Policy

Sew Biz! do not disclose buyers' information to third parties for any reason.

Sew Biz! has the right to use photographs of any items made for advertising purposes unless otherwise requested by the buyer. If Sew Biz! use a photograph for advertising purposes being modelled by the buyer a separate consent form must be signed by the buyer or appropriate adult if costume is made for an under 16 year old. Consent forms supplied by Sew Biz!

If your choice of colour or fabric is not available at the time you place a further order, your order will be completed as soon as we can get re-supplied. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait or to review your choice.
